For your bearings, I recommend the etrailer.com Replacement Trailer Hub Bearing # LM67048. For your seals, I can't find the part number or dimensions anywhere, so if you send me dimensions of inside and outside diameters, I'll do what I can to help.

Thank you for your picture with inner diameter 1.48-1.53 and outer diameter 2.33. Based on those dimensions, I am confident that Grease Seal # SL150 will be the correct replacement. The spring side will have a measurement of 1.50 and the outside is 2.33 inches. This will hold tight to your spindle on the inside and fit your hub on the outer diameter.
