Item rm-031? What is the inside dimension of adaptor that BOLTS to my bar. My bar is 2 inches up and down.

The Roadmaster Tow Bar to Blue Ox Brackets Adapter # RM-031 referenced in your question is designed to adapt Roadmaster Blackhawk, Falcon or Sterling tow bars to Blue Ox Brackets.
I went out to the warehouse and pulled one of the brackets so I could measure the inside dimension of where it will attach to the tow bar. The inside dimension is right at about 1-1/2 inches, so if your tow bar arms are 2 inches, these will not be compatible. I have attached an image with this measurement for you to look at.
If you are able to tell me the brand and model of your existing tow bar, I will be happy to look into this further to see if we have available adapters that will work for your setup.
