Question:
Will this hitch mount on 2007 Ford F-150 with factory hitch installed if I remove the factory hitch?

Expert Reply:
If the factory hitch is bolted on and not welded on then yes you could remove it from your 2007 Ford F-150 and install Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75506.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989899. It comes with 2 ball mounts with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
Since your truck has the factory hitch it would have a trailer connector as well. But in case you ever need a replacement I have linked the wiring we have for your truck.
