Question:
And for another good question: I was originally looking at the Ultra-Fab #UF48-979033. This has a weight of 51 lbs. and has been rated for rear carrier on RV and Trailer. That would give me an option. Thoughts? Also, Depending on the trip, I may not have the bike on the front of the RV. What will the characteristic be with the 1000lb rated SumoSprings assuming there will be no weight or a bicycle rack on the front?

The only front mounted hitch confirmed to fit your 2007 E450 Cutaway motorhome is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65001. This hitch has a maximum 500 lb vertical load. For a motorcycle carrier, I recommend the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp for 2" Hitch - 76" Long - Steel - 500 lbs # e98873 which weighs about 58 lbs leaving you a capacity of 442 lbs for your motorcycle. The Ultra-Fab # UF48-979033 would also work, weighing in at 51 pounds.
For your vehicle front suspension, I recommend using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Front Axle # SSF-106-47 with the 1000 lb capacity. This will make sure you aren't at maximum support capacity when carrying the bike so there won't be as rigid a ride.
