2011 crewcab longbed dually 16k reese installed. should there be mid bolts on both rails?

The Bolts in the center of both rails were originally added to keep the above bed rails from bowing, especially with a slider hitch. The bolts also help with keeping the hitch from moving in the bed and capacity, so it is a very good idea to have these bolts installed.
This is true no matter which installation kit you are using, Universal, item # RP30035, or a custom install kit, item # RP50066-58. I have linked instructions for both of these installation kits for you to review. Both sets of instructions show the center bolts being installed. Our installers always install the center bolts and spacers when installing these rail kits.
