I bought a 2016, Ford, King Ranch, Diesel, 2500, 4x4, 4 dr, it has a short 6.5 ft. bed and already has a BandW Gooseneck installed, Im looking to buy a fifth wheel in a few weeks, do I need to have an off set Convert-A-Ball adapter for this set-up?

We have a great solution that we can provide. The B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches like what you have installed in your 2016 Ford F-250 can have a fifth wheel hitch mounted directly to it. What you will want is the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3400.
Another reason you want this and not an adapter is that your truck has a short bed and you will need a slider hitch like the Companion to allow you the needed turning clearance. An offset adapter would not give you the needed clearance.
