Does the 277-000145 cord work with this item? I would like to plug in my power cord to my camper and store the cord instead of shoving the cord into the side of the camper, Thanks,

Yes, The 30 amp female twist lock end of cable # A10-3025ED90 will work with Mighty Cord Replacement RV Power Inlet # A10-30INBKVP. It was designed to accept the 30 amp female twist lock connector. I have linked a video of the power cord for you.
