Question:

Hi - I have a 2015 jeep cherokee without the factory tow package. I did have a hitch installed with trailer plug and 7 way plug but no wiring to the brake. I found that all out when trying to pick up my rpod this weekend. Im trying to determine options that dont need wiring as I am getting a bit of a runaround from the dealer. will this product be an option for my situtation?

As long as the 12 volt accessory circuit is active on the 7-way of your 2015 Jeep Cherokee (1:00 pin) and the turn signal circuits are also working then the Prodigy RF part # TK94FR would work well for you.

If you needed to complete the circuit all you would need is a length of 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by foot) to run to the vehicle battery through a breaker like part # 9510 and the controller would be active.
