Helpful Expert Reply:
I have a trailer hitch that is a confirmed fit for your 1993 Chevrolet G20 Van, but the Curt # 13028 will not fit on your Van.
Draw-Tite has a 2 inch Trailer Hitch, part # 41121, that is a confirmed fit for your Chevy Van as long as it doesn't have a step bumper. This hitch has a Gross Trailer Weight of 5,000 lbs and a Max Tongue Weight of 500 lbs.
If your Van does not have a wiring harness already installed you can use the Curt Wiring Harness, part # C55338. If you are needing to upgrade to a 7-Way connection for your towing application then I recommend using the Universal Installation Kit, part # ETBC7, which will give you both a 4-Way and a 7-Way harness.
If you do not have a ball mount for a 2 inch hitch, a good starter kit is the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900, which has a variety of ball mounts and hitch balls in it, but you will want to make sure to measure your trailer hitch to find out what rise or drop that you are needing.
I have attached a helpful article that explains how to find out the rise or drop of your hitch along with some other helpful links about towing.
