Is Cap On End Of Ratcheting Arm For Thule T2 Bike Carrier Replaceable

Question:
I have an older Thule T2 916 bike rack. It has an arm like part no. 753-3579. I am needing just the plastic end cap which stops the ratcheting mechanism from coming off the tube.

I called my contact at Thule and the cap is not available as a separate item.
The Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly, part # 753-3579 is a replacement for your bike carrier if you decide you cannot use the arm you have.
