Eight inch trailer tires max out at 65 miles per hour. They are so small that at speeds above that they would have so many revolutions that they would get excessively hot and fail. Also, there isn't an 85 mph speed rating for tires. It goes from 81 (M rating) to 87 (N rating) and the highest that I have seen for a trailer tire is an M speed rating.

To get to the M speed rating you would have to go all the way up to 12 inch tires and wheels such as # TTWSF48012C for a tire and depending on the trailer and the bolt pattern needed they may not fit. If you need a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern we have 1 wheel with a chrome finish, # AM20152. If you need a 4 on 4 bolt pattern there aren't any chrome options but we have some slick aluminum wheels, like # AM22318HWT, and # AM22318HWT.
