I reached out to Dexter axle to get the precise measurement you requested. The thickness of the shackle link is 1/2 inch and the holes are 2-1/4 inches center to center. The spring eye grease bolt from under the head to the knurles is 2.32 Inches and from under the head to the end is 2.87 inches. The shackle grease bolts are 3.39 inches from under the head to the end.
