Is there a spindo seal kit to replace a seal that is 1.5 inside and 1.980 outside?

The closest grease seals that we carry to the dimensions you have specified are Grease Seals, # RG06-020, for a double lip seal pair, or # 10-9 for 1 seal. These have an inner diameter of 1.5 inches and an outer diameter of 1.987 inches. That is only .007 inches larger than the 1.980 you have indicated.
To find the exact replacement, I would need to know the inner and outer bearing numbers stamped into the metal of the bearings. I have included a video below showing how to remove, inspect, and install bearings for reference.
