Is the Difference Between Trailer Leaf Spring Ratings the Number of Leaves

Question:
Both are 3/8inch thick , 6 leaf spring packs. What determines one to be 6000lb and the other 7000lb ?

The rating of the springs part # e94SR and # e64SR is more than just the amount of leaves that are used in each. We have several very high rated springs that use just a few leaves and a few lighter rated ones that use several.
It really is just a combination of the individual ratings of each leaf and the number of them.
