Most likely the psi rating for a Load Range B 4.80x8 tire is going to be 60 psi. You will need to check the tire sidewall for the max pressure rating as it will be listed there. Trailer tires should always be inflated to their max PSI figure.
The part # AM30030 is an example of LR B tire in the size you have that has a 60 psi capacity.
