Do you have a plow that matches this model pickup..how much, and is there additional mounting/control equipment that had to be purchased in addition to the plow itself?

To use the K2 Plow part # K2RAMP8219 that you referenced you would need the correct mounting bracket kit for your 2006 Ford F-150. For that all you need is the part # K281521. With those two parts you would have everything you would need.
