If your hitch receiver opening is larger than 2-1/2 inches then the next step up is a 3 inch if you are talking about physical size and not capacity. The 3 inch ball mount you need is # 40701 if this is the case. The hitch ball to fit is # C40085. This is not a common size though so I do recommend verifying the size of the receiver opening on the hitch. I have also included a link to our ball mount main page.
If you mean capacity then the highest capacity 2-1/2 inch ball mount that we have is rated for 20,000 pounds. We have a few actually:
# C45902 is an adjustable ball mount with a 2 and 2-5/16 inch ball
# C48012 is a pintle hook/ball combo
# C45458 has a 2-1/2 inch rise or 4 inch drop
# C45456 has a 1/2 inch rise or 2 inch drop
