Question:
Flexco Manual Pull-Out Steps for RVs - Triple - 8inch Drop/Rise - 24inch Wide - 350 lbs - would these steps work for a truck camper that is 31inch from the ground?

Expert Reply:
The distance from the mounting flange on the top of the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Steps for RVs, part # SMFP-3100 is 20-7/16 inches, so you will have about 10-inches from the ground to the first step. That may be a little more than you want to have. I have attached a couple of photos of this
I recommend the Quad steps, part # SMFP-4400. This measures about 28-inches overall height from the mounting flanges to the bottom of the lowest step. Since you said you have 31-inches from the camper to the ground this woudl give you approximately 3-inches from the ground to the bottom step and may work out better for you.
