I have a fifth wheel with a Trail Aire Roto Flex pin box LCI328330. I want to use the anderson ultimate hitch, what would be the replacement pin box, knowing the rotoflex is not recommended?

Based on your Rota-Flex part number being # LC328330 that means you have a Lippert 1621 pin box designed frame.
The regular Trailair can be used with the Andersen Ultimate part # AM3225 so you would need the pin box part # LC158778 for your trailer that you referenced.
