I have a 2012 Kestone Cougar with the Lippert hitch s/n 027-000013539, item 15860511. Trailer GW 11000. What should I replace with the MR44HR ?

You have a Lippert 1621 pin box (according to my contact at Lippert) so the correct MORryde Cushioned Pin Box is the part # MR74VR.
What 5th wheel hitch do you use to tow your Keystone?
