is the Andersen goose neck system with ISR rails compatable with the Lippert 1621?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection, part # AM3200, works with any fixed fifth wheel pinbox. It doesn't work with rotating pin boxes.
So as long as your Lippert 1621 is a fixed pin box, like parts # LC1191191, # LC1191151 and # LC1387882 it'll work just fine for you.
