Solution for Replacing Spring and Pin of Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar

Question:
Have RM all terrain falcon .. At the finger guards where the arms bolt to theres a large round headed bolt that holds the tow are up when folded. Theres a latch with a spring that latches over this bolt head. Can it be purchased? Thanks

I wish that spring and latch assembly was available, but the only way to replace them is to order a new shank part # 910019-20B.
