When picking out tires for your travel trailer you actually will want to do it by weight capacity of the tires. Let's use the part # AM32409 that you referenced as an example.
This wheel and tire has a capacity of 1,820 lbs. That would mean it would take over 4 wheels at this capacity to meet your 8,500 lb trailer weight. So you would need a higher capacity.
