According to Fastway all of the link plate bolts get tightened to 50-70 ft lbs of torque.

Yes we do have replacement L-brackets for Fastway weight distribution systems like the part #FA93-02-5150 for the l-bracket, part #FA92-03-9205 for the L-pin, and part #FA93-02-5350 for the outer link plate.
