Internal Width of the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket
Question:
I know the rack is called out as 42inch wide but with the angled sides reducing the width at the top, 2-3inch each? whats the clear dimension between the frame? I need 36inch clear to be able to set a 35inch spare tire in it.

For the Rhino-Rack cargo basket # RMCB02, the internal length is 53 inches. The width is 37-7/16 inches at the narrowest point. And the height is just under 5 inches. I have included a link to a video review of this basket for you.
