How to Install the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System

Question:

So do you have to drill a hole through the axle to mount these? I’m not seeing the hole in the diagram. 7,000 tandem axle car trailer

Hey George no, you don't have to drill a hole to mount the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement # T92MR. To install these on your Ford F-250, you're going to need to:

1. Make sure the trailer is properly supported,

2. Loosen the U-bolts,

3. Assemble the Timbren suspension as shown in the diagram attached. Using Timbren supplied fasteners and tighten until snug.

4. Position the Timbren assembly on top of the axle,

5. Tighten U-bolts back to the manufacturer specification.

Hey George, did the installation of the Timbren suspension on your Ford F-250 go smoothly without needing to drill any holes? I'm asking because it could give others confidence when installing similar systems.
