this is going on Titan horse trailer exterior. Its screw holes are 4 3/4 on center, did not see measurement on that

The mounting holes of the part # RVPL7CB that you referenced are 4-3/4 inches apart on center. This wouldn't match up perfectly to the mounting holes of your trailer so you could raise or lower the light in relation to it's current mounting holes and drill new ones that would allow the light to install and cover the old holes.
