Center of Pin Hole to Near End of Shank on Thule T2 Classic Bike Rack

Question:
What is the length from the center pin hole to the end of the hitch? The hitch Im thinking about getting allows a maximum of 2 1/2 inches.

I did some calculations and determined that from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest end of the shank is approximately 1-1/2 inches for the Thule T2 Classic # TH9045. I have linked a video review of this bike rack for you.
