Where Does Trailer Running Light Relay Install on a 2015 Nissan Frontier

Question:

Hello, Before I order this relay, I want to make sure its what I need. Is there any kind of picture or diagram showing exactly where it goes in the 2015 Nissan Frontier ? I keep getting a blown fuse when I turn on my lights and no running lights. The dealership says my factory tow package has everything it needs but I question their expertise.

The relay of the running light circuit on your 2015 Nissan Frontier is in the relay harness behind the passenger floor board kick panel.

If you check out the install video I attached the first thing shown is how to access this area.

I had the same question because I found under the hood a box next to the fuse that has what seems to be the C 57000 kit but is missing the third blue relay. There’s no place to put it in there, so makes sense your explanation that this relay goes behind the passenger floor board I need to find out that relay part number to order it. Thanks

@PepinC We used to carry just the single blue relay but unfortunately we can't get it anymore. A Nissan dealer should be able to get it.

I couldn’t find that on my 2015 Desert Runner or it doesn’t have that, I looked all over behind and under the passenger seat. I found a small fuse box in a compartment next to my glove box in front of the passenger seat
