We have a couple options that will work for your Wells Cargo trailer.
The first rack I recommend is the Rack'em Fitz-All Enclosed Trailer Ladder Rack, part # RA-28. This rack has a telescoping design and will fit trailers from 4 ft to 8-1/2 ft wide. It has a 400 lb weight capacity and is made of heavy duty aluminum.
The second rack that would work for you is the Pack'Em Ladder Rack Bracket Kit for Enclosed Trailers, part # PK-28B. This is a ladder rack you can create using either 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 pressurized lumber to make the size rack you need. This ladder rack has a 200-lb overall weight capacity.
Both of these racks require a rain gutter on the trailer. I have attached a couple links to videos you can check out for these products.

With the PK-28B it says it has a weight capacity of 200 overall. Is this the dynamic weight or static weight? I am looking to install a roof top tent on my 5x8 Wells Cargo trailer. The tent only weighs around 150 lbs but will obviously have more weight with sleeping campers in it.
