Question:
Would like to purchase two of these lights and install at top of ramp door on an enclosed trailer to light up the ramp entry. What are your recommendations to install and specifically, the best way to wire?

As far as physically mounting the Opti-Brite work light # TLL60FB it has a bracket that you can just bolt directly to the mounting surface so that much is easy. Just be sure to use hardware that is appropriate for the mounting surface material.
Wiring on the other hand is just slightly more complicated. What I recommend is running the power wires for the lights to a switch, # PK34513. Then the power wire for the which will need to attach to either a trailer mounted 12 volt battery or the 12 volt circuit through the trailer connector.
For additional wire I recommend # 12-1-1, sold by the foot. And if you do not have wiring tools we have a handy kit, # HM51010, with various parts you will need for the wiring installation.
You will likely have to put holes in the trailer for the wiring to enter/exit. I recommend that after the wiring is run seal up the holes with some silicone # 0160297 to keep moisture and other stuff from getting into the trailer. But you don't have to do this.
