Weight of Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk # CC-275 and How to Determine if it Will Clear on a Van

Question:
Am concerned on above 2 points. Pulling a Passport 238ML behind a full size Chevy van. Dont see the weight of the CC-275 listed anywhere and am concerned about the total addition to my tongue weight so my WD hitch isnt overloaded. Also, pics I saw looked ok when behind a pickup, but would I have enough clearance between the bikes and the rear of a full size van? Thanks!

The total weight of the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer # CC-275 is 47 lbs. You would need to consider the weight of this, your bike rack, and your bikes as additional tongue weight.
Depending on the size of your bike rack and where you install the # CC-275 will determine if it would not interfere with the rear of your van. To get an idea you would want to measure on the frame of the trailer where you would install the # CC-275 to the center of the coupler on the frame. Now measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on the bike rack to the furthest point away from it. If the first dimension is longer than the second you would be totally fine.
