Question:

IVE RECENTLY purchased an 07 Chevy avalanche LT and the tool box or side storage boxes on each side of the bed dont lock...is this the proper lock cylinder to replace them? Thanks

I can help you find the right replacement lock cylinder for your 2007 Chevy Avalanche LT Toolbox.

If your current lock cylinder can be removed from your Avalanche's toolbox then you will need the Late Model GM Key Cylinder from BOLT # BL692915. Usually, if the lock is going to be able to be replaced it will have a thin nut on the back of the cylinder on the interior of the toolbox that can be loosened and removed. I've included an image to show you what I'm talking about.
