Question:
Will your replacement Quick Grip mount assembly, TH05738, work with the Thule Sonic 635S cargo box. It looks the same, but Sonic cargo boxes are not listed in your list of compatible boxes. Thanks

Yes, the Thule Quick Grip Mount Assembly # TH05738 will work just fine in your Sonic XL Rooftop Cargo Box TH635S. In fact, if you care to review the linked video at the 1:28 mark you can see the Sonic XL cargo box being installed on a vehicle using this mount.
