Is the Grease Seal part # 34823 Good for Marine Applications

The seal # 34823 it is ok. For marine use?, also my bearing covers doesnt have a plug to fill it with grease, so how much grease I should put in it?. Is any grease ok? Or I need to use a marine grease. Thanks.

The grease seal part # 34823 that you referenced is a double lip seal. Double lip seals provide a tighter seal than single lip seals and are the ones recommended for marine use.
I have linked a video to the right that shows how to pack trailer bearings, in it you will see just how much to use. Be sure to remove all of the old grease prior to reinstalling the bearings.
The highest quality grease that we recommend for all applications including marine applications is the Red grease like part # L11390.
