Getting your boat in and out of the water is a breeze with this heavy-duty winch strap. It features a break strength of 5,000 pounds and a steel snap hook, enabling you to safely, rapidly load and unload your boat.

Note: Winch straps should always be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The item being towed must not exceed the WLL of the strap being used. To determine the maximum load, or break strength, of the tow strap, simply multiply the WLL by 3. The WLL is always one-third (1/3) of the maximum load.

Today we're going be taking a look at part number IMF14213. This is the BoatBuckle Boat Winch Strap with a hook and safety latch mechanism. It's made from a heavy-duty polyester material so this strap is going to work great with a hand winch, that's what it's designed for. It's going to enable you to safely load and unload your boat from your trailer. Here on this end of the strap, we're going to have a zinc-plated forged steel snap hook. It's got the safety latch mechanism on there spring-loaded.
This is designed to attach to your boat's bowel. It's got the built-in keeper, prevents accidental disconnecting or unhooking. Then here on the other end of the strap we have a looped end. This is designed to attach to the drum on your winch. The bolt and the nut are not included.
When it comes to the strap itself, again heavy-duty polyester material. It's like the seat belt quality material. It's going to give us a measurement of three inches wide by twenty-five feet long. It's going to have a maximum load strength, or break strength, of five thousand pounds, with a safe working load limit of one thousand six hundred and sixty-seven pounds. Now please keep in mind that winch straps should always be chosen according to their safe working load limit.
Just keep in mind that the item being towed must not exceed the working load limit of the strap being used. Again, three inches wide, twenty-five feet total length. Loop end on one end to attach to the drum of the winch, and then you got that forged steel zinc-plated hook on the opposite end. That's going to do it for our review of part number IMF14213.
