Is the center roller bar spring loaded to aid in retraction?

The # LCV000211446 itself does not have any retraction mechanisms built into it. The spring loaded portion would be in the arms that would hold the roller like the part # LC351396 that has the ability to roll up the roller as well as has speakers built into the arms.
For a spring loaded, manual drive head you would instead want the part # LC271181.
