Question:
im worried about corrosion/rust that may result in the lock being stuck on the vehicle. I assume the stainless steel lock is best but would you have any recommendations for a particular 2 hitch lock that resists corrosion/rust best?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you are correct the best hitch lock to prevent rust and corrosion is the stainless steel lock. The stainless steel locks will not corrode.
The Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Stainless Steel Flush Design, # e98882, is one of our top sellers. The price difference is only a few dollars from the chrome to the stainless steel so it is definitely the better buy.
The other choice for a stainless steel lock is the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, # 1480DAT, it is also stainless steel and it works on either 1-1/4 inch or 2 inch hitches.
