Looking for 12 Inch Wheel/Tire Combo With High Speed Rating Suited to Hot Temperatures

Question:

I live in Nevada and first, it is often very hot on the highway and our freeway speeds on some roads are 70 and 75 mph. What 12 inch tire and wheel combo I really only want a simple powder coat finish steel wheel would be good safe under these conditions. I want a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern. Thank you. That is, hot at high speeds. Total trailer weight will be 1,300 to 1,400 lbs.

For a 12 inch wheel/tire combo, I'd recommend the Kenda Karrier ST145/R12 tire on a 12 inch powder coated steel wheel, part # AM35354. This is a radial tire that will run cooler than a bias ply at highway speeds, however the tire is rated for a maximum speed of 65 mph.
