Question:

I want to ensure that the 30051 Hitch will directly fit into the factory installed hidden rail system on my 2015 Ford F-250 truck. It does need any other adapters? Thanks

The Reese 5th Wheel Hitch # RP30051 fits industry-standard above bed base rails so in order to use it in your 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the factory rail kit you'll need the Reese rail adapter # RP30156. The adapter fits into the factory rail system and provides the equivalent of standard base rails. Please note the adapter adds 2-inches of height to the hitch set-up.

If your bed with factory rail system is a 6-3/4-foot length you can directly install a hitch like the Demco Auto-Slide # DM8550024.
