Are these lights water resistant? I will be putting them on my partybarge pontoon boat

The Halogen Docking Lights, part # DL-16CC are water resistant in that they can withstand being sprayed or splashed. They are NOT submersible. I would not recommend installing them in a location where they would be totally immersed.
