Will this as axle grease for yard cart wheels with just bushing bearings?

Ball grease # 58117 could potentially work for wheel grease on your yard cart. But an actual bearing grease such as # L54FR would be the better option since it was designed for this type of application. Even an all purpose grease such as # L11316 would work.
When adding new grease to the cart be sure that you use compatible grease with what was on it or completely remove all of the old grease prior to adding the new grease. I have included a link to a help article on grease for you.
