I have wire and the plug for the front to plug into the motor home. the question is, sence i do not have the plugs that go to the tail lights can I get the plugs from you? or can I splice the wires into the tail light wires I have the wireing digram that tells me the right wires.

The connectors that plug into the tail light wiring in Hopkins tow bar wiring kit # HM56100 for the 2007 Chevy HHR are not available by themselves. You would need the whole kit.
Consult your owners manual because it also looks like you will need to pull a fuse to flat tow your HHR. To make this process as easy as flipping a switch you can use fuse bypass # RM76511.
