Sounds like you want the replacement hook arm and knob for the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors. If so we the part you are looking for, you would want the Replacement Mounting Hardware part # KLV-1810.

It's pretty rare actually that we get customers asking for replacement hardware for the tow mirrors we carry. I wouldn't anticipate yours wearing out.
