Question:

Im hauling a 5/th wheel camper and would like to bring a couple of kayaks with us on our camping trips. Other than trying to get them into the camper my only other option is to figure out how to put them on the roof of the truck. And Ive got a naked roof. What would I need in a crossbar and some rack that would securely hold the kayaks?

Since your truck bed is occupied by your 5th wheel hitch and since there are no 5th-wheel-mount kayaks carriers the best option is to use a front-mount hitch such as # 65022 along with a load support like # EM07605. This would put much of the kayak's weight on the hitch rather than your roof and would also be a better choice if your kayak is longer than 10-feet or so.
