Question:

I have a 2005 dodge grand caravan SXT and plan to carry a pure low step womens bike and a kent womens cruiser bike with fenders. will this swagman bike rack be compatible? Afraid that i may be over the weight limit.

The Swagman XTC-2 Bike Rack part # S64670 that you referenced works great for most bikes with fenders and step through frames because of the way the rack attaches to the frames of the bikes. I attached a picture of this rack with a women's bike loaded on it for you to check out. Your low step has a lower than usual top tube. I attached a picture of this rack with a women's bike loaded on it for you to check out. You'll notice that a frame adapter like part # 64005 was used to help the rack attach to the bike.

The weight capacity for this rack is 70 lbs total / 35 lbs per bike. You would need to make sure the weight of your bikes is less than that. I tried to look up the weights of your bikes and couldn't find it online.
