On Curt ball mount # C45090 can you please tell me the measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole to the open end of the shank? Thank you.

It sounds like you are asking about the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the shank of the ball mount that slides into the hitch. That distance is 2-1/2 inches.
