The RV Motorhome window covers like the # CAM45162 weren't really designed to be cut to fit. The layers would most likely start to come apart if you cut the seam off the ends of the covers.

Your best option would be to go with the one that is the closest to matching the dimensions you need. You would need to check out the link I attached to see all of the sizes we carry.

It looks like your best option is SunShield #CAM45166. This on is 48 inches tall and 120 inches long so it will more than cover your 37 x 90 inch window.
