Question:

What size circuit breaker is needed for the 120V AC supply to the Furrion 15,000 BTU unit? I see 12AWG wire size requirement but thats it. What size 12V DC fuse is needed for the controller? What size wire is needed for the 12VDC? What size wire is required for the wall thermostat? 20-22AWG? Smaller? Ive look thru the manual and thru the wiring schematic and I dont see these requirements listed anywhere.

Since there are a couple different questions here and I wanted to make sure that I addressed each one, I answered them individually for clarity's sake and to ensure that each of your individual questions regarding the Furrion Chill 15000 BTU # FR86PR was addressed clearly.

1) What size circuit breaker is needed for the 120V AC supply to the Furrion 15,000 BTU unit? I see 12AWG wire size requirement but thats it.

The Furrion Chill # FR86PR requires the use of a 20 amp breaker and uses, as you mentioned, 12 AWG wiring.

2) What size 12V DC fuse is needed for the controller?

The good news is that this controller is low amperage and can be shared on a 15 amp DC circuit.

3) What size wire is needed for the 12VDC? What size wire is required for the wall thermostat? 20-22AWG?

Standard RV 16AWG wire is sufficient for feeding 12V to the control. Standard thermostat wire 20-22AWG is sufficient to feed the wall controller. There also may be an RJ11 (phone cord) going to the thermostat. This wire can be re-used if needed, when wiring the thermostat.
