Wiring a 2008 Cadillac DTS to Tow A Small Trailer

Question:
Is there any way to do trailer wiring on a 2008 Cadillac DTS? Im not wanting to tow anything large, just a small 250# 4x8 trailer to put my riding mower on. All hitch installers wont touch it, my Cadillac dealer wont give me any help, and the consumer line to Cadillac says yea that IS a problem. HELP!!!!

The only wiring harness we carry for a 2008 Cadillac DTS is the Tekonsha # 118535. It plugs into the car's wiring behind both tail lights. Then you'll need to run the hot lead to the Cadillac's battery and insert the included fuse.
I've attached a video of when we installed the harness in a DTS for you to take a look at.
